RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

  1. 7 DAY RETURN POLICY
    Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
The product must be in the original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
Proof of purchase or order ID must be provided

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    The following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

Used products
Items without original packaging
Personal care products
Customized or special order items
Products marked as non-returnable

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Order details

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  1. RETURN PROCESS
    To initiate a return:

If approved, return instructions will be provided

Products must be shipped back within the instructed time.

  1. REFUND PROCESS
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may be issued through:
Original payment method
Bank transfer
Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 business days.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS
    Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for return.

If the return is due to:
Defective or wrong product – Bharat Bazaar will cover the return shipping
Customer preference – Return shipping may be paid by the customer

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
    Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.
